Latitude on the River

As we finish the second month of 2018, I am sensing an uptick in activity around the Brickell and Miami River condo markets.  Many of the buildings in the area have an abundance of inventory and some are in lawsuits with the developer.  Buyers are having trouble getting financing.  Cash is king in these markets, yet our South American investors are scare.  I have two units at the Latitude which are selling below what the Seller's initially purchased them for.  One is rented with good rental income and one is an estate sale and vacant.  The price is $359,900 very agressive price for a high floor, two bedroom with views of city and the bay.  My owner is willing to do special financing throught the trustee's bank so if are interested or have someone interested in the Latitude on the River, give me a call.
